## DB WebSign with Mac OS X 10.7

I ordered a WebSign banking smart card for Deutsche Bank in January 2012 and I just got it. So the first thing, I did, was checking what it actually is using pcsc_scan:

philipp@lion:~\$ pcsc_scan

Compiled with PC/SC lite version: 1.4.0

So it seems to be a Starcos 2.3 based RSA card.

Some thread on the web suppose it only supports the relatively weak RDH-1 encryption standard.

The software matrica moneyplex is available as a beta for Mac OS X and I successfully tested it with the DB WebSign card.
